Porter Model 201 Mass Flow Controllers accurately measure and control flow rates of a wide variety of gases from 0-5 SCCM to 0-10 SLPM nitrogen for operating pressures up to 1000 PSIG. The Model 201 MFC's provide a linear flow signal output proportional to a calibrated flow rate and are available with D-connector or card edge PC board electrical connectors. These MFC's are of stainless steel construction & several elastomer materials are offered to ensure material compatibility with the process fluid.
