Porter Model 202A Mass Flow Controllers accurately measure and control flow rates of a wide variety of gases from 0-10 SLPM to 0-100 SLPM nitrogen for operating pressures up to 200 PSIG. The Model 202A MFC's provide a linear flow signal output proportional to a calibrated flow rate and are available with D-connector or card edge PC board electrical connectors. These MFC's are of stainless steel construction & offered with Buna N or fluorocarbon elastomer materials are to ensure material compatibility with the process fluid.
