Screw Pump Series C

KRAL Three Screw Pumps C Series.

For pressures of up to 100 bar.

The all-rounder – when needs exceed the standard K or L series pumps.
The main components of the C series three screw pumps are the same – the CK, CL and CG pumps differ in the details, delivering the right pump to match more demanding applications. These pumps are primarily used in industry. The CK line is used in hydraulics as a tank pump. The CL line is put to use in the plastics industry as a high pressure feeder pump for polyurethanecomponents like polyols and isocyanates.

Three screw pumps CK.

The mega seller of the Series C.
The KRAL three screw pump CK is very compact and least expensive. Its short main screw and construction is achieved by using a shaft seal ring. The CK is often supplied with a suction pipe for vertical in tank installation.

The CK is the best-selling three screw pump line of the C Series. It is mainly used in hydraulic and lube oil applications. Standardized pump / motor brackets made of aluminum are used for the CK pump. This makes the pump simple to install and inexpensive.

Due to its short shaft, the CK series is only available with a radial shaft seal. The CK has internal bearings and is most often used as vertical, submerged in tank pump.

    Your advantages:

  • Flow of up to 880 l/min.
  • Viscosity of 10,000 mm²/s.
  • Pressure up to 100 bar.
  • Simple to install.
  • Inexpensive screw pump.

Three screw pumps CL.

Capable of higher pressures and sufficient space for a wide range of shaft seals.
The KRAL three screw pump CL has a longer main screw. It is therefore capable of higher pressures and has sufficient space for a wide range of shaft seals.

The CL series of three screw pumps has a longer main screw. It is therefore capable of higher pressures and has sufficient space for a wide range of shaft seals. Thanks to the longer screw set, it can be equipped with different shaft sealing options. External bearings are also possible. This pump line is used as horizontal or vertical foot or flange mounted pump as well as in tank-vertical arrangements.

The CL pump is the cartridge (insert) pump used in the KRAL three screw pumps CG series.

    Your advantages:

  • Flow Rates up to 880 l/min.
  • Viscosity of 10,000 mm²/s.
  • Pressure up to 100 bar.
  • Capable of higher pressures.
  • A wide range of shaft seals.
  • Different shaft sealing options.
  • External bearings are possible.

Three screw pumps CG.

Individual customization.
The KRAL three screw pump CG is a cartridge pump (insert pump) design with a variety of options for safety or bypass valves. The outer casing is either cast iron or fabricated steel. The steel cased version allows for almost any location, size and type of liquid Connection.

With the CG three screw pumps series KRAL offers a variety of housings, relief valves and connections. The housing is available in cast iron or steel. Versions with heating jacket for high-viscosity liquids are available. The steel cased version allows for almost any location, size and type of liquid connection. The CG is a cartridge pump (insert pump) design.

For the CG the KRAL three screw pump CL is used as the cartridge (insert) pump.

The various housing options allow enormous flexibility with regards to the liquid connections. An external overflow valve can be optionally attached to the CG pumps.

    Your advantages:

  • Flow Rates up to 3,550 l/min.
  • Viscosity of 1,000,000 mm²/s.
  • Pressure up to 100 bar.
  • A variety of housings, relief valves and connections.
  • Housing in cast iron or steel available.
  • Heating jacket for high-viscosity liquids.
  • For almost any location, size and type of liquid connection.
  • External overflow valve can be optionally attached.
